Circle of Mute Radiance
Silence has owners, and they carry mirror shards
The Circle of Mute Radiance governs bell-dead streets through hand-code, mirror-flash, Mouth-Seal, Hush Beating, and the quiet arithmetic of removal.
Codex Ref. XII.25.05-001
Hand-Code
The fist commands the man and leaves the register untouched
Hand-Code gives Mute Radiance four recorded manual commands for bell-dead patrols. The fist claims five minutes without citizenship; the parish register grants none. Adoption remains undated, and quiet congregations have no sign.
Codex Ref. XIII.1.76-007
Hush Beating
The offender returns alive; the return records only calm
Mute Radiance's Hush Beating is methodical and non-lethal: soft cuffs, cloth on the wall, three Brothers and a closed door. The offender returns alive; the return reports a calm street. Origin and adoption remain unrecorded.
Codex Ref. XIII.1.76-009
Mirror-Flash
The shard summons the Brothers and leaves the warrant blank
Mirror-Flash gives Mute Radiance one recorded optical command: 1–2–1, Circle converge. The shard summons Brothers wherever clear sight permits; it carries no warrant and cannot measure what a quiet congregation understands.
Codex Ref. XIII.1.76-008
Silence-Order
A quiet street makes an immaculate return
Mute Radiance's silence-order forbids screams, gatherings and audible truth in hush-zones. Panic suppression earns toleration; silent detention keeps the returns clean. Quiet preaching leaves the mandate's boundary unresolved.
