Referencing Great Maturity — The Sacred Ledger

Assessors (Velmoran Cult Rank)
The eye that knows what yes will cost before hunger asks
Human rank within Velmora's Ten Thousand Keys, the Assessors price need, loyalty, shame, and mercy before a Creditor makes the offer and a Ledger-Keeper writes it down.
Codex Ref. XI.2.02-002
Contract Theurgy
Where the pen remains free and the room has already been bought
Contract Theurgy is Velmora's law-shaped sorcery: obligation priced, witnessed, matured, and collected from a soul that remains technically free.
Codex Ref. XIII.1.37-171
The Hierarchy of Debt
Where relief becomes obligation and obligation learns to pray
Velmora's human cult arranges damnation as credit: Debtors, Creditors, Assessors, Ledger-Keepers, and Inheritors climbing a ledger that never forgives.
Codex Ref. XI.5.01-001
The Inheritors
Debt becomes dynasty when patience learns to wear keys
Highest confirmed tier of the Ten Thousand Keys cult, the Inheritors preserve debt across bloodlines until obligation begins to look like inheritance.
Codex Ref. XI.2.02-001
The Ten Thousand Keys
Hell with a good interest rate receives repeat custom
Velmora's Ten Thousand Keys turn relief into obligation, obligation into worship, and every warm little key into a receipt Hell can collect.
Codex Ref. XI.5.01-002
